At Hero Performance, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used or installed products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us with your order information.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
